OMG plc ("OMG" or "the Company") // Trading Update

OMG, the leading supplier of motion capture and visual geometry systems for medical, entertainment and engineering applications, will make the following statement at the Annual General Meeting to be held today:

"Trading in the current financial year has made a strong start with revenues in the first quarter being double that experienced in the same period of the previous year. We, therefore, expect to have a satisfactory first half year and current indications are that we are on track to meet market expectations for the full year."

The Company will provide further information on trading when it announces its results for the six months ending 31 March 2006.
