Peter Wharton, FCA Group Finance Director Peter Wharton joined the group in July 2003 and was appointed Finance Director in September 2003. His extensive experience in the software and IT industry includes a period as Finance Director and Company Secretary of AIM listed VI Group plc from 1998 to 2003, and a range of financial roles at Micro Focus Group plc. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991. |
