OMG, the global leader in the three-dimensional capture and analysis of movement, providing tools and services for life sciences, entertainment and engineering applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Bolton, 36, as Chief Executive with immediate effect. Dr Julian Morris, 58, founder and incumbent Chief Executive continues as an Executive Director and becomes Deputy Chairman.

Nick Bolton joined Oxford Metrics Ltd (pre-IPO OMG) in 1995 as product manager and spent four years establishing the company's motion capture products in the entertainment market. In 1999, he left to pursue a series of successful product management and marketing roles with international technology businesses, including Micromuse and start-up Lexicle. In 2002, he joined AIM-listed Mediasurface, with responsibility for all the company's marketing activities. In January 2005, Mr Bolton returned to join OMG's management team.

Mr Bolton holds an MEng in Engineering Manufacture and Management. Further details are as follows:
