OMG PLC - DIRECTORATE CHANGE OMG announced earlier today that the Chairman, Sir Peter Thompson, had decided to step down from the position and also to resign as a director of the Company. Anthony Simonds-Gooding, currently a non-executive director of the Company, takes up the position of non-executive Chairman with immediate effect.
