TRADING UPDATE

OMG plc, Oxford Metrics Group (LSE: OMG), (“OMG” or “the Group”) the technology group providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries, announces that trading for the six months ended 31 March 2007 has been in line with management expectations.

Nick Bolton, Chief Executive, commented:

“The Group has continued to perform well, making good progress with a highly profitable performance in our mature Vicon business, whilst continuing to invest in promising new entrepreneurial ventures and growth opportunities as described in our 2006 annual report. I look forward to updating the market more fully in our interim results in June.”

Results for the six months ended 31 March 2007 will be announced on Wednesday 13 June 2007.
