OMG, the leading supplier of motion capture and visual geometry systems for life sciences, entertainment and engineering applications, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a contract for software development with QinetiQ, one of the world's leading Defence and Security Technology companies.

The project is aimed at developing advanced image processing technology for recovering 3D information from airborne video imagery. The software development contract will initially be for a period of one year and supports part of a larger QinetiQ led project to provide the Ministry of Defence with technologies and techniques to improve capability against complex targets.
